Hmm..rare to get asked to use a graphing calculator.
What you want to do is to make t the subject of this equation, then graph t(theta) with 0<=theta<=2pi

Umm, so basically what I need is the answer and as much work as possible (im not sure how much work I can show if I use the graphing calculator)
What am I supposed to do?
Alright, we have cos 2t = 3/7
Using a graphing calculator we can compute arccos(3/7)=1.128
Which in radians is about 0.36 radians.
