Shay's and his rebellion rebel agaisnt tax. Shay fought in the Revolutioanry War. When he came back home from war, the court order to pay tax. Since he didn't have money, they stole everything that Shay own. Other American soldiers had the same problem. Shay god mad, so he and the other American soldiers formed a rebellion. Their goal was to burned down the Court. Eventually the State milita defeated them. Many main leaders of the Shay's Rebellion got hanged. Shay didn't get hang. It's because of the Shay's Rebellion that the U.S. reformed the Article Of Confederation. They made the U.S. Constituion, and the Bill Oof Right to protect the people.
