Of the following, turnout among young voters is likely to be highest among

A. black educated females

B. low-income male college students

C. young white, non-Hispanic males

D. non-college factory workers

I'm assuming this is the 2000-2006 election. I cant get the answer I went online but there is no explanation that I can find. Please help.

In 2004, at least, people with at least some college education made up for more of the voters than those who had no college education. Based on that, D might not be the best choice.

Scroll down to the "race/ethnicity" section, and look at the percentages for the entire US. That should give you your answer.
