Well I know a direct democracy would require everyone's vote...
So A is NOT it. (Unless there was a very small population.)

Americas government is a representative democracy, in theory is should be fast. But in reality it is slow. So B is NOT it.

So I leave you with C and D. Which one do you think is it?
