how can i summaries it? Physical exercise increases heart rate due to the increased sympathetic activity in the body (Huang et al. 2005) along with increasing recovery rate after the exercise (Javorka et al. 2002). These results from previous studies support the alternate hypothesis for this study which is that weight will increase the pulse rate and recovery time. The null hypothesis is that weights will not affect the pulse rate or the recovery time. These studies represent that physical exercise increases both pulse rate and recovery time. Pulse rate is the rate at which a heart contract and relaxes per minute; hence it is measured in beats per minute. Recovery time is when the pulse rate had returned to normal. The purpose of this experiment was to see if weights have an effect on pulse rate and recovery time. In this experiment we had one subject who did the step test with weights while the other did not use weights and measured the pulse rate and recovery time for both subjects. This paper will present evidence of how lifting weight increases pulse rate and recovery time.

Take the most important facts; cut down each sentence and change the words. Go sentence by sentence - that's the easiest way.

i see but in your example you didnt change the words... how can i change it ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do it yourself. Look up synonyms to words. It's simple.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If I change the words online for you; then your teacher will still be able to look it up and see that it is plagiarized so you'll end up having to rewrite it with your own synonyms in the end anyways.

oh okay thanks for the help i appreciate it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not to be mean but could you give me a metal? I could summarize two to three sentences so you can get an idea if you want.

OpenStudy (anonymous):
