what are five criteria of a revolution?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The 5 criteria of a revolution are: according to (John Locke) 1- It substitutes arbitrary will for law 2- It hinders the legislative powers from assembling in good time or from acting freely 3- It alters the mode of electing the legislative body 4- It delivers the people into the jurisdiction of a foreign power 5- It abandons the trust to govern the people
