can someone edit my paragraph please..? During exercise, an increase in heart rate is due to the increased Physical sympathetic activity in the body (Huang et al. 2005) along with increasing recovery rate after the physical exercise (Javorka et al. 2002). These results from prior discoveries support the alternate hypothesis for this study which is that a 3 pounds weight will increase the pulse rate and recovery time. Whereas, the null hypothesis is that the 3 pounds weight will not affect the pulse rate or the recovery time. These studies represent that exercise increases pulse rate and recovery time. Pulse rate is the rate at which a heart contracts and relaxes per minute; hence it is measured in beats per minute. Recovery time is when the pulse rate had returned to the original beat which in this case 60 to 100 beats per minute. The idea of this conduct experiment was to see if weights have an effect on pulse rate and recovery time. This experiment showed two subjects with and without weights while doing the step test and measured the pulse rate and recovery time for both subjects. This paper will present evidence of how lifting weight increases pulse rate and recovery time.

why dont u like it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think it sound confusing and hard to understand

OpenStudy (dan815):

okay how about saying, This paper will present the evidence of how lifting weight increases pulse rate and recovery time, by observing the series of tests such as... ,which the subjects underwent. something like that

OpenStudy (dan815):

went through*

that sound much better thank you.....can you go over the paragraph once again to make sure i didnt miss anything
