How to set up a simple equation? you set up a scrapbook business and make an initial investment of $50,000. The unit of a scrapbook kit is $12 and the selling price is $25. How many kits must you sell to break even? I know its simple, but I'm like really blank out.. I understand its y=mx+b, but I don't know what to plug in.. The answer supposed to be 3847, however I got a different answer so I assume I did something wrong with my equation.
