Hi I need a little help. Compared to a dark impulse(like killing) what is a higher intention?

im not sure what is meant by a higher intention. an impulse is generally reactive, while something with a higher intention may be planned out. i dont know if im answering youre question right though

Is there any other 'bad' intention higher than killing? maybe rape, sodomy and premeditated murder.
