My guess would be the Jews in German - Occupied territories

Hitler had a real hate-on for one group of people and the hints above should give you an idea of who. The other answers don't really make much sense, and here's why. (Nazi soldiers) won't work -- they were Nazis! They were members of the ruling party that Hitler brought to power. (Allied forces) wouldn't work, either, since they were war enemies. The Final Solution was the institutionalized elimination of a specific series of demographics via the concentration camps, not the battlefield. And (German-speaking peoples in France) is also out. If anything else, Hitler would have welcomed them into the Third Reich. Unless, that is, they fell under the Nazi definition of being "undesirable".
