animal proteins are "complete", so eggs would be the obvious choice there.

if the potato, salad and broccoli aren't covered with melted butter and cheese, they should have virtually no saturated fat.

handy rule of thumb: if it doesn't taste very interesting, it may be healthier than something that does :-)
