Simplify the complex fractions... ^Fractions shown below

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{ x ^{2-x-20} }{ 4 }\div \frac{ x-5 }{ 10 }\] and \[\frac{ 10 }{ x-5 }\div \frac{ 4 }{ x ^{2}-x-20 }\]

OpenStudy (jim766):

I hate dividing fractions, so change it to mult by taking the reciprocal of the 2nd \[\frac{ x^2-x-20 }{ 4 } * \frac{ 10 }{ x-5 } \] do you know how to factor the numerator of the 1st?
