if cosθ =-2/3, which of the following are possible? A. csc θ= 3/√5 and tanθ = -√5/2 B. sin θ=-√5/3 and tanθ = √5/2 C. sinθ = √5/3 and tanθ = √5/2 D. csc θ= -3/2 and tanθ = √5/2

OpenStudy (kenljw):

looking at sine/cosine wave curves if cos - then sin my +or- if sin+ then tangent = sin/cos - this eliminates C the ratio doesn't work for D therefore elimanatee, csc = 1/sin this leaves A and B and looking a ratio it has to be A

it was a and b thanks!

OpenStudy (kenljw):

A
