they give you a formula, but you could do it face by face. there are 5 faces: 3 rectangles and 2 triangles

the area of a rectangle is width*height, so try to figure out the width and height of each rectangle, multiply width * height, write down that number do that for each rectangle area of a triangle is 1/2 * base * height. In your picture the area is 1/2 * 30*16= 240 both triangles are the same size, so the other triangle is also 240 now add up the 5 numbers.
