There's a property where when you are adding logs, you can just do 6(x+1) to arrive at your answer.

Well if \[f(x)+g(x)\] Then \[\log_{10}(x+1)+\log_{10}6\] Then apply \[\log(m)+\log(n)=\log(mn)\]
