The volume of a figure varies jointly with the square of the radius of the base and the height. Write an equation for this volume.

This would look like: V = (k)(r^2)(h) and if you replaced "k" with "pi", you would get: V = (pi)(r^2)(h) And that in real life would be the volume of a cylinder.
