Standard variations? help?:o so i was supposed to find the mean and standard variation of this number set. 102,98,103,86,101,110 so i took the mean which is 100 and did the subtraction step and got 2,-2,3,-14,1,10 so i squared everything in this step 4,4,9,196,1,100 and i added them all together and got 314. can someone help me to understand what i need to do next to get the standard variation??? its very confusing.. thanks so much for any help someone trys to give^-^
