first you have to divide -5/15
it's negative 1/3 so the -3 goes on the bottom and you don't really type the one on the numerator because it doesn't alter the result
then you're left with x^3y/-3xy^3

the xs subtract since they're dividing so it's x^3- x^1 = x^2 and since it's positive it goes on top
