I pick 5 people, and for each I have to answer these questions: 1. how does this person assist with passing laws? 2. how does this person prevent a law from passing? 3. what role does this person have in the lawmaking process?

vice president
speaker of the house
house majority leader
I did the president and citizen but I don't think I did the citizen very good. I have tried researching this but everything I find just says their role, not the other 2 questions
