A train started moving with acceleration of 5 m/s^2 and at the same time a ball inside the train starts moving with initial speed of 10m/s. There is friction between the ball and the train be there isn't between the train and the ground. The coefficients are: (mi)cinetic = 0.3 and (mi) static > 0.5. The ball has a mass of 2 kg. After 1.25 secs the ball stops moving in relation to the train. What happens after 1.25s ? Prove it.

Have you solved it??,,i'll reply then only..if not tell where have you been stuck??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for me the ball stays still in relation to the train but I can't prove that the acceleration of the ball is the same of the train

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well tell how many forces are acting on the ball at that time and in which direction..

well reply soon i have another question for you.
