what is Newton law in egg drop

OpenStudy (rane):

Newton's Second Law: The sum of forces = mass x acceleration The force that the egg hits the ground will equal the mass of the egg(in kg) x the acceleration of gravity (9.8 m/s^2). The units of force will be in Newtons, of course. Newton's Third Law: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Whatever object the egg hits, a force will be exerted on the egg that is equal to the force of the egg that you found using Newton's Second Law, in the opposite direction.
