transduction of cell nucleus by gene mutation result in cell division which is uncotrolled one
so mutation is one factor
similarly other is type of tissue
suppose RBC and gastrointestinal and hair divide early and more rapid turnover
while specialised cell eg nerve cell dont multiply
meiosis only seen in reproductive cells
while mitosis is seen all types of general tissue
