ok, that answer matches up with the price per pound
so to get from 1- pounds to 1 pound, we divide by 10
so what we do to one side of the equals sign, we have to do to the other 
therefore:
$$10 lb = $2.15\rightarrow so 10\div10 = 1lb = $2.15\div10$$
