What is the slope of the line which passes through (2, 5) and (3, 6)?

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

You have 2 points (2,5) (3,6) (x1,y1)(x2,y2) you can use this equation (with the labeling I have posted below the points) to find the slope \[m = \frac{ y2-y1 }{ x2-x1 }\]

I've got 1/1 so would the answer just be 1? @johnweldon1993

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

That would be correct!

Awesome thanks!

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

no problem!
