If you pay more attention to the ingredients, you will become more interested in nature. If you can make others happy and cooperate in cooking meals, it is certain that you will find the enjoyment in cooking.

Some notes; First sentence you wrote "In my opinion," you do not usually want to state something is your opinion in a piece of writing, it already goed without saying and you only weaken your argument by stating so.

I thought "gender" fit a little better as word choice instead of "sex" because "sex" means the same thing as gender, but it has a little bit of a negative connotation in our society.
