I know that I'm having problems finding the area of the base
I confuse it with the perimeter
your base is S^2 that is 6^2

But there are for sides meaning 4 6's
that's perimeter you're doing: sum of all the sides
Oh
if a triangle is 1/2 of the base x height then that means it's half the area of a square or a rectangle since even a square can be base x height, but since they're all congruent, we indicate it as s^2
