Is it acceptable to use your first initial, middle name and last name on Facebook, Google+, Linkedin, and Myspace for professional networking if you have a common first name and don’t like your first name?
I plan on contacting people I know on these sites and people I want to connect with for networking for a job search and in an e-mail I will tell them my full real name.

Only on Facebook as that's the only professional website.

if you like i mean you do that . But people use their last too,as a second option.
