The last one. "gustan" agrees with "las tiendas."

The other three are wrong because:
∙ "gusta" doesn't agree with "las frutas" (number)
∙ same as first
∙ "gustan" doesn't agree with "comprar" (number). In general, "gusta" is used to describe liking an action, i.e. "gustar + infinitive".
