1) Haha, I'd definitely say (D)! All of the other reasons are a lot more important. 2) I'd agree with (B), too. It almost answers itself with another choice. If there are traffic issues, it's possible an urban area has grown too fast for its infrastructure to keep up. 3) I'd definitely agree with (C). Examples of how government policy and tech have helped spread globalization are things like NAFTA and the power of the internet to connect the world together. 4) I'd also agree with (D). A command economy means that the government controls the economy which can go against what a more open economy demands with globalization. 5) Definitely (D)! It's how iPhones are designed at Apple in the US, put together in China from parts imported from Korea and elsewhere, and then sold around the world from Japan to Europe.
