How to develop an app in Android...?
Dude, you've gotto install Eclipse, one of the best for your cause. There would be some tutorials in the Eclipse's website too !! or try http://www.tutorialspoint.com/. Hope this is helpful to you :)
You develop an app for android in the same manner you would any other platform. Start with an idea, see if it's been done, if so improve on it, if not then you use pen and paper to flesh out your specifics. Once you have a general design path you begin coding the framework, debugging as you go, and gradually you add your more and more functionality. When you have a stable design you ask people to break it for you so you can get as many bugs as you can before release. This is all working off the assumption that you can code, and if not, then you should learn that before asking the OP.
