If you're using a connectionsacademy computer that you have to send back, I doubt it, but it's possible. Just go through and delete all of your history, it's not too tough.

Its possible.
Reread your school privacy pamphlet. 
I get a laptop from my school, in the privacy part of their code.
They have a strict rule, saying not to harm, or install blah blah stuff.
Which I don't do, I have a desktop for that, but if you have installed something. Don't uninstall it, they still could probably find traces of it. I'd suggest your format your hard drive, or re-install your OS if possible :-). 

As for your browser history make sure you don't just delete your history. Delete your cache as-well.
