Find the period for f(x)=sin(2x-π)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

as we have in general form y = A*Sin[(2pi/T)*x + phi] ---->(1) A = amplitude, T = period, phi a phase shift now you have y =sin(2x-π)----->(2) comparing eq 1 and 2 we get 2pi/T = 2 T = 2pi/2 T = pi --> required period
