Well....the fish tank holds 30 gallons.

1 liter = .26gallons

So to find out how many liters you need...divide

this gives you 115.38 liters....

Now that pipe...supplies 58 liters per hour...so to figure out how much time it will take....divide

115.38

this equals 1.989 ...Or can be rounded up to 2....so the tank will be filled in 2 hours
