If the measure of arc BY is 41, then what is the measure of angle YAC?

Since arc BY is 41, angle BAY is half of that = 20.5.

And since angle BAC is 90 degrees because of tangency and since angle BAC = angle BAY + angle YAC, we have:

90 = 20.5 + angle YAC

So, angle YAC = 69.5
