how would you find the coefficient of x^2 in the binomial expansion of (3x+2x)^5 ?

there is no term containing the term x^2 so its coefficient is 0
by using general term formula
check ur question ??
(3x+2x)^5 Is just (5x)^5
as 3x+2x=5x

this is $$ (5x)^5 $$ , but if you have $$ (y+x)^5 $$ you can solve this problem with Pascal's triangle
oh yeah, sorry the numbers were off I meant 3x+2/x
