hey, sorry for the wait this is described as an angle formed by 2 secants so if two secants intersecting outside of circle O. The intercepted arcs are minor arcs 1 and 2 so angle C = 1/2 (arc 1- arc 2) angle c = 1/2 (100 - 30) angle c = 1/2 (70) angle c = 45 degrees
