Here's something unfortunate: you can't delete your account such that you erase each and every fingerprint of yourself from the website. Though if you just want to delete yourself because you are addicted (which does not seem the case since you're new?), you can contact the administrators of the site to suspend you permanently.

The old procedure goes like you have to send an email to \(\href{mailto:contact@openstudy.com}{\text{contact@openstudy.com}}\) and request them to suspend you permanently.

May I ask why you want to delete your account just upon the moment of joining, though?
