The health insurance plan has an annual deductible of $250 per family or $100 per individual for care outside of the plan’s selected doctors or medical practices. For care within the plan’s selected providers, the insurance company will pay 100% of expenses. For outside care, after the deductible has been satisfied, the insurance company will pay 100% of the covered medical expenses.
