\[S_n = a \frac{ 1 - r^n }{ 1 - r }\] where 'a' is the first term that you have (1/5) 'n' is the number of terms you want to sum (16) 'r' is the common ratio (how you get from one term to the next) so what is your common ratio here?
*hint...what do you multiply by to get from 1/5 to 1/20?
