Pick a number (other than 0). Multiply both top and bottom by that number. There's an equivalent fraction. Pick another number (again, other than 0). Repeat. There's the other equivalent fraction.

Recipe for other equivalent fractions: do the same, except with division. I might suggest 5 and 3 as numbers to try.
