How to determine solubilites of substances that increase with temperature?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if it is a solid in a liquid the solubility will increase with temp. For example salt in water: put salt in water until it can't dissolve any more (its alot actually) then heat it up and u will notice you will be able to add more If it is a gas in a liquid the solubility decreases with increasing temperature. This is why global warming is such a big problem, not neccesarily because of ice caps melting, but because fish will have less oxygen (1 degree makes a ton of difference) and will die in mass quantites
