Help?

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

how far did you get

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

you can set up the equations and matrix right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not sure.. I need a lot of guidence

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

define variables: what each variable represents like x could be muffins and y is beverages

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now what?

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

set it up as a system of equations

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

sorry about that bud, just working out the problem. This is how you would set it up as: 3.5x+1.75y=87.5 x+y=32 ------------------------------------- x=muffins ; y=beverages

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

I wouldn't leave you hanging like that. ^_^ And yes, those are the equations, now set them up as matrices

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

and matrices are the same as equations.. without the variables

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok im looking it up!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

umm.. could you tell me how to set up the matrix
