when people say "beat it" they mean "get out of here" or "go away". So like in the second verse, where it says:
"You Better Run, You Better Do What You Can
Don't Wanna See No Blood, Don't Be A Macho Man
You Wanna Be Tough, Better Do What You Can
So Beat It, But You Wanna Be Bad"


it's basically saying "Don't act so cool and tough, nobody want's see blood, so just go away, get out of here-- beat it."

If you have any older siblings, you the phrase should sound a bit familiar. i remember wanted to play with them and their friends when i was younger, and they'd say "beat it, you're too young" or something haha :)
