please help!? Which of the following is the inequality for the graph? http://roads.advancedacademics.com/contentserver/content/roadssection/279651/questions/assessments/l-writinggraphinglinearfunctionsquiz/a2_1.3_quiz_56.bmp A. y > 2x - 4 B. y < 2x + 4 C. y > 1/2x - 4 D. y < 1/2x + 4

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

according to the graph, it has a slope of 2, so that eliminates half the choices

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A ?

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

Did you make a guess or work it out?

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

also note that the graph has a y-intercept of -4

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

y-intercept when x=0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well i typed it into my calculator and thats what came up on my graph ... =/

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

Ha, that works too. Good job :P
