I'm actually wondering what i have to do as my first step?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if the hypotenous is 22 ft then each leg here is 22/sqrt(2) ft long 22/sqrt(2) = 22*sqrt(2)/2=11*sqrt(2)

IM still pretty confused though.
