Guys, if you were to watch a promo video for OpenStudy, what would you want in it?

It could possibly have a collage of a bunch of people who use openstudy. It could be a really huge collage, so it demonstrates like on openstudy we are all family?

My suggestions:

1.Try to include videos of experienced users of the site speaking on how it has influenced their lives and of many other juniors.
2.Make sure you mention that the help given is completely free and we don't charge money for it.
3.The video could also talk about friendships made between peers all over the world via Openstudy.
4.Also include Preetha's video on the aim of this site and its success.

I Agree, Concidering the most traffic we get is during the finals "season" of the school years because of those people who don't bother paying attention, (not being rude, i don't do it either, trust me) or those who cheat their way through the school years.

Honestly, both. When someone goes to school, what do they try to do? Fit in, make good grades, make new friends, "hang" with the old ones, and so forth. We want to attract all of that. @Preetha explained at a seminar last year that making friendships over the site can literally help people, there was a user on here, who met Hero and is now in college doing what he wanted, he came on this site making really low grades, now he's doing Engineering! I mean, the power of friendship and the great bonds made on this site not only help people, but who knows, someday, you might meet one of the users here and remember your bonds you made when you were in high school, and recreate that friendship!

I also have another idea, you could like but in the video all of the topics that OS helps with ans show the top scoring(highest smartscore) people that's in that topic area. I think that shows that we have caring people and highly helpful people to help on OS. Which I know we do ;)

so many good ideas . . . . you will have to focus and keep it clean and simple in the end though. a good message can't be too complicated. so you'll have to make some hard choices about which direction to take. (but don't forget that if you have to leave off some of the good ideas, that you can use them for another video later!) too many ideas is a GOOD problem to have, as long as you edit.
