I would like to give you the simplest definition which you would easily understand .
The reflection of light can be said as the bouncing back of the light beams when they touch any smooth or a rough surface . When they touch some smooth surface then their is regular reflection and when they touch a rough surface then there is irregular reflection.Hope this helps !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
