I have it graphed, I just don't know how to tell if it's a function or not.

the vertical line test says that it is a function if you can pass a vertical line (up and down) and only pass 1 point at a time.

with this you will notice that when you pass (1, -1) and (1, 3)
they are directly on top of each other, it will not pass the test
it is not a function
