What is the difference between Domestic and Foreign policy?

Domestic deals with policies that affect our country, the fifty states. For instance: taxes, healthcare, energy independence, etc.

Foreign deals with policies that deal with how America interacts with the rest of the world. For instance: war on terror, nuclear proliferation, treaties and trade negotiations, etc.
