Why do people think its devil music?

Ppl think thats its "devil music" because one or more of this reason :
1. They individually dislike that music because they just know that all branch of heavy metal are hard music such as Death Metal or smth like that. Its like hurt their ears. They dunno others branch of HM like Progressive metal is easy listening . Ya its like abnormal music. And also, they just judge HM. Depends of their ears and their minds.
2. Ppl see about lyrics on majority HM song. They're about murder or terrible things. See also when someone hear about Black Metal or Gothic Metal songs, You know how the lyrics and the rhytm. They think that the songs are so satanism or perverted because they dont think that music isnt religion.LOL. I mean they dunno the truth of "satanic" means (Just judging by BM lyrics). They think satanic is devil.
3. Ppl who said HM is a devil music, sometimes they're just a group of Haters. So fanatic about music (not HM of course) what they like.
4. Look at how metalheads wear (majority of t-shirts design are skull img, devil,blood etc) , ppl who dislike HM and didnt know bout HM think it was so bad. And how corpse paint is used by BM bands, yea you know what I mean if ppl dunno anything about it. Bad judging. Like a devil. So weird.
5. (Additional) It happens when I was on metal event, some ppl said that how metalheads headbang and how bands perform (use deathgrowl, corpse paint, scream,harsh vocal ,etc) are so bad things that he ever seen. Its make a boy/girl do somethin bad because of that music. So he said that its like a devil music.

But remember, not all of metalheads or HM fans are Real metalheads, sometimes just Poser. And Posers sometimes kill HM Idealisme. Too over. Too mainstream. Thats why ppl also think HM so weird.

Well, like Machida said, there are more than one genre of Metal. Personally, i prefer the reg. metal version (A7X) but enjoy alt. Metal
